4. PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but are generally exclusive of delivery charges. All Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We aim to ensure that all prices on display on the Website at are accurate. The price of an item is the price on the day of your order. We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you before we process your order where you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. Where Goods are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of this and to suggest an alternative or we may have to cancel your order. Where this is part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available Goods to you in the normal manner. Goods can not be processed until payment has been made and received in full. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
5. IMPORT DUTIES
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
On receipt and dispatch of your order – you will receive notifications by email confirming your order and delivery details.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requesting a Refund
Within the 14 calendar days from receipt of the your item, you must contact: email@example.com to request a refund where you will be provided with a returns number and address.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
8. DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS
Delivery methods, according to the item, are generally sent via UK standard delivery (5-7 days). Shipping cost and options are displayed separately to product cost.
Shipping for Wholesale will be stipulated at time of enquiry and may vary depending on quantity and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
9. FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
We will not ask for the damaged goods to be returned to us, instead we will replace the faulty/damaged product at no additional cost.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER
If We do not deliver or if the Products We deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at our option to:
rectify any shortage or non or incorrect delivery; or
